This guide is designed to give a step-by-step overview of the features in the User Settings page on RoscoLive.
NOTE: Some features may differ according to what permissions the end user has.
Locate the “Settings” menu option at the top right corner of the page and click it.
This is the User Settings Menu Page. Four tabs are displayed at the top of this page:
These tabs are detailed in the sections below.
The first tab is the Change Password page. To change current password:
A prompt will appear at the top right corner of the page to confirm password change success.
NOTE:An automated email will also be sent to the email address associated with the user account for which the password was changed.
If an “Invalid Password” prompt appears, ensure that the “current password” field was entered correctly
and repeat process again.
If a “Passwords Do Not Match” prompt appears, ensure that the “new password” and “confirm new password”
fields were entered correctly and repeat process again.
This is the User Settings page. This tab only appears to those end users with account privileges of Group Maintainer and above. Here, the user's contact information and settings can be changed or edited.
REMEMBER TO CLICK “SAVE” TO SAVE ANY CHANGES
This is the “Map Settings” tab. Here, the default zoom level for the Google Maps overlay can be changed.
Clicking on the drop-down menu will display a list numbering 1 through 10 with 1 being the closest zoom level to 10 being the furthest zoom level.
REMEMBER TO CLICK “SAVE” TO SAVE ANY CHANGES
This page displays the company information for which the current account is associated with. The editing of information on this tab is restricted to RoscoLive customer service. If any information needs to be changed or updated, please contact RoscoLive customer support.
