This guide is designed to give a step-by-step overview of the features in the User Settings page on RoscoLive.
NOTE: Some features may differ according to what permissions the end user has.

Locate the user icon at the top right corner of the page and click it to reveal the user drop-down menu.

Select Settings in the drop-down menu.

This is the User Settings Menu Page. Three tabs are displayed at the top of this page:

1. Profile
2. Password
3. Email Notifications

This is the Profile page. Here is where your personal settings can be found. There are two sections on this page:

This section contains your personal contact info such as your first name and last name. Note that your email address appears next to the section header, but this cannot be changed.

These settings allow you to customize the timezone you would like to see the event timestamps in and the speed unit type. NOTE: These settings do not change any settings on the camera

The second tab is the Password page. To change current password:

1. Enter current password.
2. Enter a new password.
3. Re-enter new password.
4. Click “SAVE CHANGES”

A prompt will appear at the top right corner of the page to confirm password change success.

NOTE:An automated email will also be sent to the email address associated with the user account for which the password was changed.

If an “Invalid Password” prompt appears, ensure that the “current password” field was entered correctly
and repeat process again.

If a “Passwords Do Not Match” prompt appears, ensure that the “new password” and “confirm new password”
fields were entered correctly and repeat process again.

This page is where you can come to subscribe to all of the alerts and notifications on ROSCOLive.

The notifications are split into three sections:

• Road Events - These are notifications that will alert you to particular events when they occur in your fleet.
• Camera Alerts - These are notification that will alert you of any potential functionality issues with a camera.
• Fleet Status - These notifications inform you of any changes or of something that may require your attention within your fleet.

To enable a notification, click the toggle in the notification box.

A modal will appear to allow you to customize how you receive the notification. Each notification has the option of being sent through email and/or SMS.

If you select to receive notifications by Email then you will receive the notifications into the email account provided in your user account on ROSCOLive.

If you select to receive notifications by SMS, you will receive the notifications via text message to the phone number provided. SMS requires you to select what Groups and/or Vehicles you would like to receive notifications for.

After you are satisfied with your selections, click Save to save the options for the notification.
NOTE: If you want to receive SMS notifications you must agree to Rosco Vision's SMS Notification Agreement.

For notifications you are subscribed to, they will appear with a check-mark toggle and the type of notifications you are subscribed to.

Anytime a change is made on any of these pages, the SAVE CHANGES button will become active in the top left corner. This button is independent on each page so if you have changes on different pages, you will have to save changes on each of the pages independently.
