1. Download the latest firmware here.
2. Remove SD card from DVXC4 an insert the SD card into a computer.
3. Copy the “upgrade” folder that just downloaded into the SD card.
4. Safely eject it and put it back to the DVXC4.
5. Turn the vehicle's ignition on and keep the vehicle idling. The dvxc4 will power on and the upgrade process will begin. The LCD screen of the camera recorder will indicate a number count from 0 to 100.
6. Once 100 is met, the camera will reboot and display the proper firmware version upon boot up.

PLEASE NOTE: do not cut the power while the camera is upgrading.
NOTE: Please contact Rosco Vision's technical support if the new firmware is not displayed upon boot up.
